D- FLEX 7040 SLX Marine Self Leveling

D-FLEX 7040 SLX Marine Self Leveling is Deha Marine’s MED/IMO-certified marine base mortar solution. Designed for shipbuilding and offshore projects, this rapid drying self-leveling screed can be applied up to 30 mm on steel, galvanized, and concrete decks. It spreads within 25–30 minutes, becomes walkable in 3–4 hours, and fully cures in 48 hours. With flexural strength of F7 (7 N/mm²) and high compressive performance, it provides long-lasting durability in heavy traffic areas. Resistant from –50 °C to +700 °C, it meets international maritime safety requirements with its A-60 fire class (MED/IMO certified) rating.

Areas of Use

Ships, commercial and industrial areas, hospitals, busy walking areas. A high strength, fast drying universal leveling mortar used in areas where the surface is covered with epoxy during the application of flooring elements such as PVC, linoleum, carpet, laminate and glued parquet, rubber and for the purpose of eliminating and levelling irregularities in concrete, screed, asphalt and anhydrite floors.
